Golf Trip Itinerary

Welcome all and thanks for visiting! I am planning on embarking on a 2+ month cross-country golf "pilgrimage" during March, April, and May. I have posted a calendar itinerary below listing each day the course I hope to play along with my overnight location. Dates shaded in gray represent courses not open to the public. Currently, I am anticipating a March 8th departure date.

I am working diligently and with some success on securing access to the courses listed on my ambitious schedule and finding overnight lodging for every stop. If anyone knows of someone willing to host and/or play a round with a homeless golf junkie, or who is willing and able to aid in my playing any of the courses listed on the schedule below - please contact me at pvomps@yahoo.com. Pensacola, FL - Monday, March 20th
Jackson, MS - Tuesday, March 21st
San Diego, CA - Sunday, April 2nd & Monday, April 3rd
Bandon, OR - Monday, April 10th & Tuesday, April 11th
Coeur D'Alene, ID - Saturday, April 15th
Chicago, IL - Thursday, April 20th
Louisville, KY - Tuesday, April 25th
Columbus, OH - Wednesday, April 26th
Grand Rapids, MI - Thursday, April 27th
Akron, OH - Friday, April 28th

Any golfers interested in joining me on any leg of the excursion feel free to do so. Likewise, any non-golfers interested in joining in on the fun - Las Vegas from Thursday, March 30th - Sunday, April 2nd makes for a fine stopping point.
